Danish Trains (DSB) and Bridges

My Scandinavian posts are done from memory, photos, and an assortment of brochures and maps that I saved over the years.  Once in a while I have to look at a guide book to get the correct spelling of something because their languages are so difficult and I, like most American tourists, appreciate the fact that English is taught in their schools.  Employing Google Maps helps because things change, especially, Danish travel.  Where did all the bridges come from?

The first bridge I should have remembered traveling west is the Storebӕlt or Great Belt Bridge between Zealand and Fyn (Kosǿr and Nyborg), the middle island of Denmark.  The next would have been the Little Belt Bridge between Fyn and Jutland.  I don’t recall any of them. The monster Öresund Bridge between Malmö and Copenhagen had not been built.  Apparently, cars and trucks travel on dedicated bridges in Denmark. Are there new tunnels like the Chunnel? Were tracks laid on the new bridges perhaps on a second level?  Much to my disappointment, Danish ferries like the Scandinavian Ferry Lines and Viking Line seem to have disappeared.

With the construction of the new bridges distances become shorter in terms of time, but I believe many people, especially tourists, miss the leisurely pace and the enjoyment of meeting the locals.  Depending on the destination, I remember DSB would unhook passenger cars at the island ports to be ferried across to Zealand, Fyn, and Jutland, the bigger islands that comprise Denmark.

In 1977 I welcomed the slow pace of the process compared with my first trip abroad: uncoupling and watching the mechanics of it all and I enjoyed meeting tourists like the Mid-West school teacher taking her last trip to the Old Country or the excited Danish school children on a day trip.

I also had time for my favorite routine, loading up on duty-free food like pound cake or bittersweet chocolate.  There was plenty of time before I arrived in Odense to figure out how my new Minolta 35mm worked – no Instamatic camera this time.

Chapter 8

In 2003 the Reform Party had 400,000 members, ran two presidential candidates and was credited with a governorship and the first black woman to be nominated for Vice President of the United States.  Ross Perot and the Reform Party reinvigorated the third party movement nationwide and reactivated millions of alienated voters who were disgusted with the Democrat and Republican parties.

 Chapter 9
The Last Hope of the Silent Majority for Reform 2000:
The National Buchanan Campaign and the Missouri Reform Party

The Man Who Should Have Been President: Patrick J. Buchanan/Buchanan Gains Ballot Access: His First Campaign Visit to Kansas City, December 24, 1999/Fundraising and the Securing of Federal Matching Funds: The Old Croakers and the $12.6 Million Controversy/The Missouri Presidential Preference Primary: March 7, 2000/The Missouri Reform Party Nominating Convention: Columbia, Mo., April 29, 2000/The Reform Party National Presidential Primary: Mail-In Ballot/The Christian Brigaders Engage the Miscreants: Reform Party Nominating Convention at Long Beach ,August 10-13, 2000/The Buchanan Nomination Strategy: Buchanan and the Brigaders Hit the Road/The Buchanan Nomination Strategy: Buchanan’s Fight for Presidential Debate Access, Oct. 3, 2000/Denying Media Coverage to Pat Buchanan in Jackson County: Blocking Reform Party “Reasonable Access” to the Airways/“Get off my sidewalk!”/The Nuts and Bolts of What One Person Did in Missouri as a Volunteer for the Reform Party/Pre-Election 2000 Foreboding: An Unruly Mob Emerges in the Missouri Reform Party/The Time of the Buchanan Defeat 2000: VOTEC Corp. and the Voting Process in Jackson County, Mo./Preventing and Destroying Third Party Ballot Access: “Black Holes” and Unbelievably Low Election Results/Post Election 2000: The Attempt to Purge the Buchanan Brigaders in Missouri/The Pro-Life Nashville National Reform Party Convention: The Buchanan Forces Hold, Bolt, and Disintegrate, July 2001/What Happened to the Reform Party of Missouri: The Gang of 43, the Massacre at Rolla, and Breakup 2002/The Efforts to Preserve the Reform Party after the 2000 Election: The Reform Party Club of Jackson County/The Super Provocateurs of the RPMO: What Was Left When the Tide Went Out in Missouri/Third Party Lessons Learned: The 6-Year Incubator Plan

Perot got the ball rolling.  Buchanan saved the party from a premature death, brought in moral issues, and allowed the Reform message to have influence in the suburbs. Although Pat made the ballot in 49 states and received public federal funding, he was excluded by the Republicans and Democrats from the 2000 presidential debates.  He was vilified by the Media as a right wing extremist but fought on despite sickness in the most controversial election in U.S. history. The underreported effect of the rigged election was to practically eliminate all Third Party state-wide ballot access.  I shall always remember him as honest, real, and one of the best and wittiest minds America has ever produced.  Events have since proved that his skewed and suspect loss in 2000 was a tragedy for the Silent Majority.  Now we are making war all over the world.  Illegal immigration and the loss of value-added jobs are killing this country.  The economy tanked and our national elections have become models for vote fraud and a laughing stock throughout the world.

 Chapter 10
Talk Radio:
What We Talked About, What We Warned About, and What We Did

The Silent Majority Rejects the Media Propaganda: Getting the “News” from Talk Radio/What Was on Talk Radio: Hearing Things They Never Told Us About in College/The Best There Was Before the Take-Over: Chuck Harder’s For the People Radio Show 1994/The Missouri MIAC Report: Being Branded as a Criminal and Terrorist/Protesting During the Clinton Years 1994: Hillary and Bill on Independence Square Before the “Freedom Cages”/Talk Radio Exposes the Left for its War Policy: The Emergence of Empire under Bill Clinton 1998/Buchanan Independent Radio Spots: Beginning Sept. 25, 2000/Creating Missouri’s First Third Party Radio Show: The Reform Times/A Politically Incorrect Voice: The Ray Cherry Show

Chuck Harder’s For the People broadcasts filled a void because it dealt with topics that the Media and politicians thought insignificant, like people losing their jobs by the division - sometimes 15,000 at a time.  At Ruby Ridge, Idaho the government killed Randy Weaver’s wife while she was holding her baby.  The government began militarizing the justice department.  Then you saw the results when the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas tried to defend themselves against the government’s new tanks and combat vehicles.  People became mad as hell and wanted to do something about it.

Chapter 11
The Consequences of the Sabotage of the Reform Movement:
The Catastrophic Legacy of the Media’s First Born, George W. Bush

Prelude to the Most Corrupt Administration in U.S. History: The K Street Project/Mom, Apple Pie, and Election Rigging: What Happened in Florida/Our Militant Atheists and Their New Media Government: Election Rigging in Florida in 2000/Four Steps to the Co-Opting of the Voting Process: How and Why Vote Rigging by the Media Became Centralized/Republicans Stop the Vote Tabulation and Recount: Florida Governor Jeb Bush and the “Brooks Brothers” Riot/Old Line Militant Atheists Form an Alliance with the New Media Government: The “Young Turk” Neoconservatives/The Zionist Media and Evangelical Support of the Pretender President: George W. Bush “Plays” the Christians/The 911 Burning of the American “Reichstag” in 2001: The Media’s First War, March, 2003/Media Surrogate George W. Bush Attacks Our Civil Liberties: The Sponsor of Torture, Kidnapping, and Assassination/The Plaza Anti-War Demonstration, March 23, 2003: Opposing the Media War and George W. Bush/The Rigged Election of 2004: More Republican Warmongering & Their “War on the Poor”/Election 2006: America Rejects Its Tyrant and His Warmongering/Our Militant Atheists and Their Newest Media Government: Election 2008, “Unfinished Business,” A Fourth Great Race War?/George W. Bush’s Deficit and the Resulting Global Economic Collapse: Developing Our Own “Impoverished Commune” and Future “Mountain” The Corporate Media Seizure and Consolidation of the Election Process: How and Why Vote Rigging by the Media Became Centralized by 2000

The Media has determined Presidents, removed them from office, stopped the Vietnam War, begun other wars, sought and gained control of the vote count, and kept criminals in office.  To say that they are merely the “press” is to totally ignore reality.  Al Capone was once a child too.  They think we are stupid and do not know.  Bush and Cheney were protected by the Media because it was their mother hen.

Chapter 12
The Development of the Media as an Institutional Threat:
Journalism and Heresy as an Equal Opportunity Employer

The First Modern Precedent of a Class Allied with a Sub-Class to Foment a Revolution: The Media Overthrows France in 1789/The Media Creates a New Religion: The Heresy of Socialism and Reform Judaism 1848-1860 and the Political Theories Affecting the German Jewish Migratory Wave to America/The Media Creates a New Religion: The Heresies of Socialism and Atheism in Russia 1861-1881 and the Radicalization of the Russian Jewish Migratory Wave to America/The Transplanting of the Heresies of Socialism and Militant Atheism to New York: Beyond Jewish Disproportional Involvement and Collective Guilt

The propensity towards Jewish and gentile militant atheism in the United States was due to a combination of conditioning factors: opportunity, moral license, boredom, intelligence and education, wealth, cultural isolation, proximity to power and influential people, materialism, and proximity in place and time to moral crusades, and atheism.  What seems to be their motivation is a universal destructive ideology peculiar to both Jew and gentile.  There was an alluring will to power and destruction found in atheism.  There was a universal pull towards evil that went beyond disproportional Jewish involvement and collective guilt which made it all the more intriguing.

Chapter 13
Where Do We Go From Here and What Is To Be Done?:
Exposing the Oligarchies & Anticipating their Mischief

The Ingredients of Classic Class Warfare: Ancient Alliances and the Assassination of Julius Caesar/The Kennedy Assassination, November 22, 1963: The Media’s First Opportunity to Control the Presidency/The Impossibility of Ignoring the Evidence: The Conspiracy of the Media to Overthrow the U.S.  Government/After a Peaceful Co-Existence, the Media Reigns Supreme: The End-Game Short and Long Term Goals/The Financial Crisis Comes to a Head 2011: The Convening the American Estates General/Letting all the Poisons Hatch Out: The Passing of the Silent Majority/The Silent Majority’s Final Reckoning with the Worst Elements: The Death of Militant Atheism as an International Revolutionary Force

The Silent Majority was trying to tell the government (and those who control it) something basic and very elementary when they elected Ronald Reagan.  The Militia Movement tried to tell them and was vilified.  Ross Perot and the Reform Party tried to tell them too, but were laughed at, ridiculed, and sabotaged.   All possible legal and non-violent avenues of protest were exhausted.

What Vietnam Was All About:
The Communist Threat and the Undermining of U.S. Foreign Policy

The Bolshevik Revolution of 1917: The Creation of a World-Wide Threat/The Guiding Force of the Communists: The Dirty Little Secret of Jewish Militant Atheists/Reaction to the Bolshevik Revolution and the Civil War: The White Army vs. the Red Army/Utopian Economic Schemes: Starving the Peasants & the National Economic Policy 1921-1933/The Soviet Militant Atheists Attempt to Destroy Religion/The Great Terror 1936-1938: Purges and Elimination of Political Enemies/The Italian Reaction to the Threat of Communism 1922: Fascism and Benito Mussolini, El Duce/The German Reaction to the Immediate Threat of Communism: The Red Front and the Communist Spartacus Revolution of 1919/The Nature of the German Media During the Weimar Republic:  A Simple Debunking of the Myth of a Jewish Controlled Media/The Defensive Nazi Party: The National Socialist German Worker’s Party, NSDAP/The Nazis Act: Eliminating the Worst Elements/The Nazi’s Act: Reversing the Economic Collapse/Blaming Everything on Germany: The Final Days of Those Who Tried to Stop the Communists/The Spanish Reaction to the Threat of Communism 1936: Fascism and General Francisco Franco/The Red Chinese and North Korean Threats: The Communist Chinese Revolution of 1949/Mass Murder: Purges, and the Elimination of 50,000,000 Enemies, 1949/Utopian Economic Schemes: Starving the Peasants in the Great Leap Forward 1960-1961/The United States’ Turn to Stop the International Threat of Communism: The Domestic Subversion of the Vietnam War Effort/The Conspiracy to Undermine the Vietnam War Begins, 1965: Pacem in Terris and the "Guns and Butter" Speech 1966/Compiling the Pentagon Papers and Putting Them on Hold 1968: The Left’s “Ace in the Hole”/The Jewish Militant Atheist’s First Attempt to Remove a President 1968: Allard Lowenstein and the New York Post vs. Lyndon Johnson/The U.S. Election of 1968: The U.S. Defeats the Viet Cong during the Tet Offensive/The Aftermath of the Merging of Civil Rights with the Peace Movement 1969: Subversion of the War Effort and Terrorism/Nixon is Re-Elected 1972: The American Involvement Ends in Vietnam and the Dominoes Start Falling/U.S. Bombing is Cut Off and Cambodia Falls 1975: Utopian Economic Schemes, Starving the Peasants, and Eliminating Enemies

America’s beleaguered proletarian teenagers bought time for the world against the evil of Communism by killing 1.2 million North Vietnamese, wounding 6,000,000, and making casualties of 10% of the North Vietnamese population.  The stand against Communism hastened the Soviet Union’s collapse by exposing Communism's murderous ways and draining the Soviet Union of financial resources.

Chapter 5
The Watergate Coup d’Etat:
The Media Topples the Vice President, the President, and Reverses an Election

The Battles of Watergate 1968-1973: The Opening Clashes/The Washington Post: A Leftist Incubator, Hub, and Sanctuary for Militant Atheists/The Washington Post’s Unquenchable Thirst for Power: Plotting Social Policy and the First Attempt to “Take Over the Government”/The Washington Post’s Kingmaking and Cultivation of the Left: Surrogates John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson/The Media Picks Up Opposition on Its Sonar: Richard Nixon Exposes Communist Alger Hiss/The Media Watches Richard Nixon Become Senator 1950: The Defeat of Helen “Gahagan” Douglas/The Washington Post’s First Attempt to Remove Richard Nixon from Office 1952: The “Secret Nixon Fund” and Getting His Little Dog Too/The Silent Majority’s Return to Power, 1968: The First Nixon Administration and the Left’s Counterattacks/Allard Lowenstein’s Second Attempt to Remove a President: The “Dump Nixon” Campaign, Beginning Sept. 25, 1969/News of Florida’s Vote Rigging Endangers the Washington Post: The Collier Brother’s Letter April 23, 1971 Warning Nixon/Playing the “Ace in the Hole” June 13, 1971: The Pentagon Papers Masks the Washington Post’s Vote Fraud in Florida/The Systematic Attacks on the Executive Continues: Eliminating Spiro T. Agnew First to Prevent His Succession to the Presidency/The Election of 1972 and the Second Nixon Administration: The Washington Post’s Frantic Search for a Scandal and Nixon Impeachment/A Pretext For Impeachment Presents Itself, June 13, 1972: The Burglary at the Watergate Building/Nixon Splits the Left 1972: A Harbor for Militant Jewish Atheists, Neoconservatism/The Washington Post’s Final Attempt to Remove Richard Nixon from Office: The Pretext of Watergate June 17, 1972/Deep Throat: The Anti-Nixon Spy Network

The pretext of Watergate heralded the beginning of a new era in the United States in which the Media consolidated and broadened its power in unconstitutional and illegal ways.  The implications of this power grab have been felt every year since the revolutionaries attacked, paralyzed, or destroyed those institutions and individuals that got in their way.  The political manifestations of belief and ideology have been grossly ignored in American history.

Chapter 6
The Legacies of the Revolutionary 1960’s:
The Aftermath of the Attacks of the Worst Elements

The American Culture of Drugs and Death: A Nation of Potheads/Homosexual Rights: The Rewards of Violent Direct Action/A Legacy of Disease:The World Wide Plague Called HIV/The Women's Liberation Movement: The Destruction of the Family, Abortion, ERA, and the Feminization of the Military/The Legacy of Abusing Private Joe Schmuckatelli: The Physical, Psychological, and Monetary Attack on the Ordinary Soldier/The Worst Elements Attack the Ultimate Crime Deterrent: The Death Penalty/The Legacy of Tolerating Economic Crimes Against the State: White Collar Crime, Monopoly, and Culling the Work Force/The Legacy of Persecuting the Christians: The Strange Beliefs of Our Ruling Class/The Legacy of Corrupted Courts: There are Those Who are More Equal than Others/The Left Rewrites the History of the United States: Replacing European-American History with Minority History

The strange beliefs and actions of our ruling class and their rebellious children corrode from the lowest to the highest levels.  They lead to crime, drug addiction, poverty induced by idleness, sloth, and disease.  Their contempt for the working class has led to the loss of millions of jobs overseas and Affirmative Action which doesn’t affect them.  Their illegal and unjustified wars have led to the loss of personal liberties and draconian measures like the Patriot Act.  Their wars get us ready for a federal police state, FEMA camps, torture, kidnapping, more foreign intervention, domestic spying, watch lists, assassination, and clear the way for future Pol Pots, Stalins, and Neros.

Chapter 7
Fighting the Worst Elements with Reagan:
The Silent Majority Gets Its Feet Wet

The Reagan Reaction 1980: Running for Political Office/Kansas City’s Progressive Republican Club 1969-1983: The Last Child of Tom Pendergast/Running for State Representative: Battling the Oligarchs of Southeast Jackson County/Running for City Council, 1985: My Final Attempt and Defeat During the Reagan Era

Ronald Reagan presented the Silent Majority with a hope that we could build on.  Thousands who would never even consider it ran for political office because of him.  I was one of them.  Everything coalesced.  The WWII generation willingly gave politics their last try while we younger kids were strong, and healthy enough to attempt that brass ring of politics.  Most of us were gobbled up by the Republican oligarchs in the primaries, but at least we gave it all we had and that’s the mark of who we baby boomers were.
